Shipping: Everything you need to know
We want you to get your package as quickly and affordably as possible, whether you ordered way in advance or need your product ASAP.
During checkout, we’ll give you an expected delivery date for each of your products. We’ll also let you know if some items may be shipped in separate packages.
Please note: For orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, the following surcharges will apply: $5 for Economy, $10 for Standard, $15 for Express.
*Delivery times for orders made after 6pm EST will be calculated from the next business day. Some products have different standard shipping options and delivery times
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 8 days after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Do you offer overnight or 2-day shipping?
Because of our production process and the way we customize each and every order, the fastest option available is 3 business days.
Do your shipping speeds include production time?
Yes, always! Our listed speeds include both the time it takes to produce your order and deliver it to you.
Are your shipping times guaranteed?
When you add an item to your cart, you’ll be asked to choose a shipping speed. After that, we we’ll show you the estimated shipping time and delivery date. Obviously, bad weather and carrier delays can happen, but if your order doesn’t get there, you’re not satisfied – and neither are we. Contact us and we’ll make it right.
Do you offer free shipping? Why is shipping so expensive?
While we don’t offer free shipping right now, we do our best to offer you fast, affordable options. We’re always working to reduce our costs, so that we can pass along the savings to both our customers and charities.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use a variety of shipping carriers, including the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS and FedEx. We determine which carrier to use for your order based on a variety of factors, such as products purchased, shipping address, size/weight of the order and delivery speed selected.
Do you ship internationally? To which countries do you deliver?

Do you ship to APOs and MPOs?
Right now we can’t, but we’re looking into how we can ship to military addresses.
