Exchange, damage or defect?
If you have received a damaged or defective product, we will send a replacement for the exact item. If you want to exchange a product, a different size or color. Let us know in your return application and we will take care of the rest.
Can I return the products?
Both with products from the Charity Trade Group and with products from sellers via Charity Trade Shop there is always a return period of at least 14 days.
Do I have to pay when I return?
Unfortunately, we do not currently have the financial capacity to offer a free return shipment. So you will have to take these costs for your own account.
Do you offer pick-up and return?
This is indeed possible in a couple of countries. We can only judge after the online return registration.
What is the return address?
You will automatically receive the correct return address for your product or products during your return notification. We have multiple addresses and this way you will always automatically get the right address.
What if I cannot print the return label?
Get your best pen and write the return address with the return number on the return package. You don't have to do that in your most beautiful handwriting, as long as it is readable.
Can I still cancel my return registration?
Of course, you can always change your mind. Have you made a return appointment? Then let our customer service know. Then we can ensure that the courier does not come by.
In all other cases you don't have to do anything. Except pay for your order if you had not already done so.
How do I know if you have received my return shipment?
We will email you as soon as your return has been processed. Usually that is within 5 working days after you have sent it back.
How quickly is a return processed?
Usually within 5 working days after you send it. We will keep you informed via e-mail. Once your return has been processed, we will refund you.
When will I get my money back?
Usually that is in about 1-2 weeks.
